Hard Rock Crushing Solution
Stage 1: Primary crushing and pre screening
The hard rock material is uniformly fed by a feeder and transported to a jaw crusher for coarse crushing. The coarse crushed material is screened by a vibrating screen and then transported to a cone crusher for medium to fine crushing.
Phase 2: Medium to fine crushing
The stone material transported to the counter crushing/cone crushing process undergoes medium to fine crushing, and is screened using a three-axis vibrating screen. The larger particle material is returned to the counter crushing/cone crushing process for further crushing.
Stage 3: Fine Shaping and Plastic Surgery
The crushed granite can be sent to a sand making machine for further crushing and shaping, or it can also be further cleaned by a spiral sand washing machine.

This product is suitable for rough and medium crushing of hard materials in mining, water conservancy, transportation, railway, cement, building materials, metallurgy, chemical, electric power, construction and other industries. The compressive strength of the material does not exceed 150MPa. It has the characteristics of large output, high crushing efficiency, low energy consumption, low wear, high reliability, and excellent product particle shape.
